Waited about 10 minutes to get acknowledged and they stood right in front of me. There were 4 people just walking back and forth and no one asked us to help mind you we where 3 customers waiting to order. Girl at check out is always charging more also because of the miscommunication.

Would love to give 5 stars, but unfortunately, they don't prepare things in the order that they're received. I've waited for up to 45 minutes on a mobile order before, and when I asked about how they prioritize their work, they told me that they basically scoot mobile orders to the back of the line when their store and drive thru are busy. I don't really see the point in placing a mobile order at that point, and don't understand what makes someone elses order more important than my mobile order. You would think they would appreciate online orders since it's a bit less work for them, but they definitely don't!

Food isn’t as tasty as it used to be. Temperature of food is also lukewarm, so that doesn’t help the flavor.
When dining in you get your food basically immediately, you can see them putting it together (like subway)

Probably about a year ago this girl that's working there her name is Nancy I go to Sedona five or six times a year and this time she helped me again she is an awesome staff member very cool very funny carries herself very well. It's people like this that make me come back time and time again. I really enjoy having good employees and cute lol. ⭐??
