Ordered a Large thin crust pepperoni pizza online, cooked it that night and something was off just didnt taste as good as usual. Was emailed a survey and I let them know service was great but pizza was subpar on that visit. Couple days later Mark called me and discussed what we thought went wrong, and then went above and beyond to make it right. Lets say my next pizza from there was great, and Marks customer service was spot on.

Love the pizza. But, seriously the pick up process is constantly changing and it's so annoying. Can you all just pick a process? My husband went in and once again it changed and our order got all messed up. The person told him his pizza is over there but the cheesy bread is over here and the sauce is no where. So he grabbed the wrong bread and we paid for sauce we didn't get. It's just a bit frustrating. Why can't it all just be in one spot. Plus, they never tell you what to do. We are just suppose to know what's going on. Put directions up or start telling people because this isn't the first or the second time this has happened.

From out of town we did not know that they are uncooked that we had to cook it , I could of bought a frozen one from Walmart. But overall it looked great nice
Why would I ever pay restaurant prices at a place which gives me an UNCOOKED pizza, it just beats me. The pizza was perfectly fine, but so is the frozen pizza from your local grocery store.In Cottonwood, there are good local pizza joints which give you COOKED pizza. These include Acme, Bocce, and R&R. Unfortunately, all of these are closed for dinner on Sundays. But they are excellent during the days/hours they are open. However, I would not recommend Vinnie's. This local joint somehow has managed to make a pizza which is totally flavorless. That takes a lot of effort, but they have succeeded.
