Incredibly wonderful everything! Meals are delicious, staff is kind and attentive and it’s a reasonable price and not long of a wait even when it’s packed. My husband, his aunt and I have breakfast there regularly. We’ve tried other restaurants in cottonwood over the last 2-3 year but Pepe’s will always be out #1 go to! Today I tried the shredded beef chimichanga and my goodness!!! It was delicious and even 9 hrs later it was still so tasty good! 11/10. Thank you for years or service, will always be #1 in my book.💯❤️

We traveled from Florida stayed Cottonwood area for 4days.I was so happy to find great breakfast place here. They're very warm welcome thier customers. Food was delicious and came out fast!! I ordered pancakes and omelet It was PERFECT!! Nice and fluffy pancakes. Omelet cooked well. I definitely going back once I visit AZ near Cottonwood area. Thank you so much!!

Honestly really underwhelmed with the food. I ordered the steak and shrimp. The steak was well done despite asking for it to be rare. The whole meal was very underseasoned, almost as if no salt was used at all. My dad got an omelette and said it was also overcooked and underseasoned. Despite all this, the staff was nice and the prices were very low, so it could have been much worse.

I absolutely love this place. The green chili omelet wasn't my favorite, but that's OK because they have a good verity on the menu with things I know I like. The service is always amazing, and the owner is on the floor, making sure everyone is happy. I didn't complain about the omelet because we all have different tastes (others liked it), and I like trying new things. I'm sure they would have replaced it, but I don't like wasting food. My son in law goes there for lunch, he can order, eat, and leave within his allotted break time. Great place to go when in Cottonwood.

Win, win, win! We couldn’t get in the front door before a staff member opened it for us and that’s the level of service we got at every turn. We were immediately seated in a very cushy booth and served water and hot coffee and given menus. A few minutes later our server came around to check if we were ready to order. We were (chicken Caesar wrap and huevos rancheros) and we received our food in less than 10 minutes and it was superb. I made a modification to my wrap and they were so accommodating. The French fries were so crisp and crunchy without being oily. All for $30, it’s no wonder this is a favorite with locals.

Was busy when we came in at 9:30. But this is a good thing, that tells you what to expect. Wait was not even 8 minutes and we ordered and got our meals quickly. Staff was attentive and super friendly. Luved the food. Parking is at a premium, but noticed that the south side is not as busy. Giving it 10 pepe's out of 10.
