Awesome chef. Took the time to learn about the limitations we had with food allergies and made a spectacular meal for us. Chef Nick and his staff were friendly and personable with us and our guests, which made not only for a great meal but a fun time. I could not recommend him higher.
Chef Di Paolo catered my dear friend’s wedding and it was an amazing experience. His three course meal with three appetizers felt like a six course meal. All of the food was cooked to perfection and so beautifully presented. The highlight of the meal was the mussels and chorizo, but it is so hard to choose! I definitely recommend his services.
Chef Nick cooked for our group of seven to celebrate my mom's birthday in Sedona. I couldn't recommend him more! The food was fantastic and fresh, he was very responsive and professional, and it was an overall wonderful experience!
