I placed an online order for delivery, which has always offered the option to pay cash, similar to when you make a phone call. However, I received a call from the manager informing me that they no longer accept cash payments for deliveries. This decision seems rather imprudent, especially considering that their competitors still continue to offer this payment option. Thanks, Dominoes. 👍

This was the worst flavor Ive ever had at a Pizza hut, stuffed crust pizza was gross, garlic parmesan wings not edible, some of order wrong, breadsticks hard. All a waste of money.
I showed the prices on the menu and on the Pizza Hut website. The employee said no, they are wrong prices. Higher prices. Then why are the prices stated on the meau? That doesn't make sense at all. Walk out.

Food order worth over $120. Waited 25 mins. Got the food. Wasn't as expected, the pizzas were all thin and terrible. 5 orders of Bread stix were burnt with season of basil and hard , pasta were hard, not so happy with this ordered. Not as I remembered. Very disappointed 😞 they've ruined the memories, of the good old days..

I was hung up on 3 times and first they said they don't deliver to address which is 2.3 miles then they actually took my order and I said cash and hung up on me again the cottonwood az branch is the most disrespectful place I have ever seen I will never ever go or order from you again you say 12 am is closing your employees are rude taking you off my list and what is this service line that's not even in the store BAD BAD BAD

I ordered my pizza and they gave me a time to be there. I waited almost an hour when I got there. When they finally gave me pizzas, one of them was wrong. They did remake both of them so that the one that was correct wasn't cold. That I did appreciate.

Order two pizza last night and we're horrible. Picked up in store and store was dirty. Workers look like they just woke up from a nap behind the dumpsters. Dirty and not in any uniform at all. Wasn't sure if they even worked there till they asked if I needed something. Overall was horrible and my official last time ever a eating that crap food. Bye bye Pizzadump aka pizzahut
