Ordered pizza from home because I have a bunch of kids waiting at home excited to get pizza. The delivery said 25-35 minutes for delivery. Didn't get there till an hour later and this is what I received. If there was an option to leave a zero star review I absolutely would. They gave me a $10 credit and are currently remaking my food but I had to drive over here to make that happen because they never answer their phone. I had to leave my woman at home with a bunch of kids by herself because I knew they weren't gonna do anything unless I showed up. Should have listened the last time they messed up with me waiting in the parking lot with the kids screaming their heads off for an hour and a half for one large pizza.

THE WORST. Why am I having to go find your people in the back to ring up my order? I opened the door multiple times and no one even came up to the front. Look, I've worked in food and I get it but you have zero people in the drive-thru and no one sitting in your restaurant. Why am I having to go find you in the back with your cooks? That's crazy. And the fact that he had an attitude is insane to me. This is what you want with your restaurant? Gross

They refuse to answer the phone. Sat on hold for 20 minutes with no answer. Just wanted to get my pizza fixed since they messed it up but they wont even pick up the phone to tell them. Save your time and money and go literally anywhere else.

I had the worst experience with Pizza Hut last night. As a long time local and frequent customer of Pizza Hut I decided to order delivery on a rainy night. I was unaware that this store does not have their own delivery driver, but instead sub contracts with door dash. Upon arrival I gave the driver $40 for my $33 dollar order. He then handed me only one piece of my four piece order and claimed the store messed up and only gave him one pizza. He promised to return to the store for the rest of the order and refused to give me my money back. I called the restaurant whose phones were apparently down and I kept getting transferred to a call center. I eventually decided to drive down to the restaurant myself. Where I was met with two teenage boys, one claiming he was the manager and the other a cook. They were swearing loudly and watching TikTok videos the entire time I was present. The manager didn’t apologize to me once, and claimed that door dash was responsible for the issue because the order had been made. I was refused a refund and only offered credit which at this point I would never use again. I demanded that my order be remade and requested to speak with a general manager who was not available. I then spent an additional 30 minutes waiting for my order to be remade while I fought with door dash about their driver Robert who stole not Only my food, but also my money, and was texting me insults the entire time I was waiting. The management was wholly unprofessional, the sub contracting to door dash while both parties refuse to take responsibility is completely unacceptable. I felt like I was a burden to these people’s night, rather than a paying customer. I was kind and respectful yet firm then entire time and the situation still was not resolved. I have not received a refund and doubt I will. Do not order from this business, especially delivery. Also if you ever order door dash in this area, refuse Robert as your “dasher” because he steals food and money.

This used to be a nice little Pizza Hut. But when I pulled in today to pick up an order there are nothing but weeds around it and garbage and trash all over the back of the lot. What a disappointment! I'm thinking. Poor management. Like I said, it used to be quite nice but now it seems to have been badly managed and gone downhill.

I ordered for delivery a pepperoni sausage and bacon pizza with two sofas I got a sausage pizza with two hot sodas so I tried to call was on hold for 20 minutes then they answered and hungup on me this is the third time they've messed up on my pizza never ordering from them again I'll be getting dominos instead there sauce is a little more sweet but there customer service is way better
