Pre-ordered online for a 3:45 p.m. delivery. Food arrived at 4:30 - 45 minutes late. Food was COLD. Boneless wings were completely smashed and barely had any buffalo or honey bbq sauce on them. I had called the restaurant twice to check on our delivery, only to be met with the rudest staff member that seemed inconvenienced that I was calling to follow up on my $76 order. Since my hard earned money did not seem appreciated, I will choose to spend it somewhere else next time.

The pizza was good, however I noticed that the dough was thinner than usual, and almost felt like cardboard. Not sure I would order from here again. I used to really like their Pizza.

Typically, we enjoy the food, but tonight is not so happy with the service. I placed an online order almost $80 worth, and at checkout, it popped a box saying my payment method was incorrect, yet at the same time, my account dinged that I had a charge. When I looked into my account, it showed the amount had been pulled twice.I called to verify my order and spoke to Christian, who stated he was a shift supervisor. When I told him what happened, he told me repeatedly he didn't see an order under my number. There was nothing he could do and call back tomorrow. No, let's get your order in. If we charge you again, we'll get you a refund, nothing. No order. No solution.I asked him what about the double charge and my order. He said again there's nothing he can do and then hung up on me.That's disappointing given how much the food costs plus the tips.When I went back into my account to see if it fully pulled, it showed it was a hold, and thank God both transactions were reversed.

When a special order got goofed up the Pizza Hut in Cottonwood was happy to correct the order. In addition tho, they added extras to the corrected order as recompense for the error! Seems like that used to be standard but I think Pizza Hut must be the only one left who I've encountered with great customer service. Chris & Tim both really went above and beyond! Thanks guys!
The reason I am leaving 2 stars is because of your website. It doesn't work well and is very frustraring to order food thru. You are a huge corporation and should have this figured out. Luckily Garret was able to help me in store. He is a great employee.

This is the most beautiful Pizza Hut I have ever seen. I ordered on line and went to pick up my order. I will definitely dine in next time I get pizza. The staff was friendly and the restaurant was really clean.Parking: Easy parking lot to get in and out of.Kid-friendliness: This is definitely a family place.Wheelchair accessibility: More than one handicapped parking spot, they have several Wheelchair accessible tables to eat at

I don't not recommend this Pizza Hut. we ordered for delivery a pan pizza and got a hand tossed. the pizza came cold and was not what we ordered. when we called to tell them what happed, the manager couldn't have cared less. Horrible customer service. The delivery driver was nice.
