$5 for a kid size cup of milk then asked if wanted a refill and brings out a slightly bigger cup. Had about 2-3oz more but my question is what about the missing oz from the first one Table ordered chicken friend steak breakfast and the hash browns where the texture of mashed potatoes. Ordered extra crispy side of hash browns and couldn’t cut with fork had to use a knife didn’t end up eating them because there were hard as a rock. I sadly will not be returning.

***Update *** ate lunch the other day , after we sat and gave our order it took just over a hour to get our food . If it was up to me I would avoid it all together. Food was ok . Very slow getting food and it was just warm not hot . Gravy was already was getting the skim on top when it cools off . Nothing to write home about . The young people filling coffee only filled to 3/4 full . I was there for breakfast on Saturday about 9am .

The homemade hash was or favorite. Our waitress and the young gentleman that seated and assisted us were very polite and engaging. If we go back to the area we will be stopping there again. They had several other items we wanted to try.
Kid-friendliness: My grandson is a very picky eater he ate all of his waffles and bacon there. He’s only four. They gave out crayons and paper to allow the kids to draw on and the atmosphere was relaxed

Small town northern AZ can be challenging for those that prefer healthier options. I was delighted to see that along with typical diner type fare they had those healthier items. Egg whites. Turkey bacon. Oatmeal. Fruit. My nephew had a delicious looking skillet which I’ll try sometime but for now if you’re sticking with a meal plan, this place can help you stay on track for your goals.
