They need to stop turning the grill off 20 minutes early, I do DoorDash and some people order burgers, and the cottonwood sonic says they “can’t make it” because they turned it off or “they got a big order before they closed” that is no good reason to turn off a grill before close. I work at a restaurant that also has the same hours as sonic, and we are not allowed to turn our grill off 20-30 minutes before close.

Had chicken nuggets. I enjoyed their seasoning much better than those there fast food joints Slushies, I'm always ready for one. Today, I tried blood orange, and it was yummy

Chicken bites ordered were supposed to come with BBQ sauce but there was no sauce in the bag at all. The medium blast was ordered with a TOPPING of whipped cream and what we got was half blast and half whipped cream. Next time I want to pay $8 for some whipped cream, I'll remember to go to Sonic Cottonwood.

Orderd 2 burritos didnt get 1 waited over 45 min for the other. I had to go in to employee only door only to be told I thought I gave it to you sorry I forgot absolutely wild! Couldn't wait anymore so I ended up just leaving!
