DELIVERY POST Okay first the ladies that are working here are super fantastic but the manager saying you can't have a drink carrier unless you have three drinks as ridiculous because how are we supposed to carry them up to the house with a bag of food and two drinks then let's recognize that the napkins, straws and spoon are not even in the bag.. poor CS skills.

Telling me that DD is my job and I need to supply a drink carrier. She said just like she has an apron. Ummmm the company supplies that for you. DD doesn't do such. Plus its SONICS CS responsibility to give THE CUSTOMER (no matter who they are) the equipment to supply the best service. I mean come on she can't really think what she said made any sense, can she??

I love sonics, but the biggest issue is keep running into is their sauces. I recently ordered some food and my sauces I got were 12 ranches, 2 buffalo ranch, 2 ketchup, and 2-3 jalapeño ranch. I got a total of 1 ranch and 3 ketchup. Nothing close to my original request of the sauces, this is not a one time accurance. It happens EVERYTIME I order or eat there.

I’ve never really had a problem with this sonic, but tonight i got a shake, and it was not good at all!! The icecream tasted like chemicals, and the cookie dough wasn’t mixed in, just sprinkled on top. I’m not sure what this issue was, but I was disappointed
