Almost every time I go in there something rings up incorrectly and they don't follow the Arizona law regarding price accuracy and it becomes a hassle and then I got to wait there while they remove stuff from my bill while I get annoyed and frozen stuff starts thawing and it's just turning into a big hassle.
I have been a customer at the pharmacy not just now in Cottonwood, but also previously in WA state. I have talked with Stacey at the pharmacy quite a few times. She has had an "attitude" and bad customer service every time. But today was the worst! I tried refilling on the automated line, but I must've done something wrong or that system wasn't working.
