I bought coffee in the store many times and every single time the service was very slow even though there were very few customers. It seems to me they are prioritizing the drive-in and forgetting about store customers.

Came up here and walked right in- no line. There was a handful of people waiting for their drinks. Waited More than 30 minutes for a black tea and cold brew coffee. The Baristas had no sense of urgency. And I swear they walked as slow as they could from one place to another. I get that this could be the only Starbucks in town. But when you have seven people behind the counter, there’s no reason for over 30 minute wait for two simple drinks.

Slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Drive thru took upwards of 30 minutes and there were 6 cars ahead of us. Save yourself the time and go to Dunkin’ next door.
I ordered a drink at this location and as the blonde lady was handing me the drink she sneezed in my cup. I wanted to be nice but I just could not drink a $10 drink with someone’s snot in it…I asked if someone could remake it and the lady on the speaker was nice but the girl at the window was rude to ME after she sneezed in my drink. I apologized to HER for the inconvenience SHE caused and she said “It’s fine” with an eye roll and said “what was the drink again”. Safe to say this Starbucks has super rude staff and they’re not sanitary.

Abby at the cottonwood location is very rude and makes me not want to ever return to a Starbucks. Abby has a horrible attitude. She needs to be trained on how to talk to people.
