Please, I beg you, teach your baristas to stop forgetting the vanilla syrup in the caramel macchiatos. It feels like a 50/50 chance that it’s forgotten. I use the drive thru and so when I drive off, I hate having to turn around and go back through to have it fixed.
This is my favorite Starbucks. They kickass!
My experience working at this Starbucks location was deeply disappointing and, at times, distressing. Over the course of a year, the store cycled through four managers and two complete teams of employees—a clear sign of instability and poor leadership. The work environment was dominated by favoritism, exclusionary behavior, and interpersonal manipulation. Long-term baristas often fabricated claims to push out team members they didn’t personally approve of, creating a hostile and divisive atmosphere.
The assistant manager routinely misrepresented situations to upper management in order to target specific employees, and complaints were not handled professionally. When I raised concerns with the district manager, no meaningful action was taken, which only reinforced the lack of accountability at every level of leadership.
Team members were routinely expected to perform the work of multiple roles without adequate compensation or support. The culture was toxic, and the emotional toll of constant interpersonal conflict and unrealistic expectations was significant.
Additionally, the store faced a rodent infestation earlier this year. Despite visible contamination—including droppings on food prep surfaces—the store was only closed for a single day. This raises serious concerns about sanitation and food safety practices.
Customer service also suffered under poor management. The assistant manager was frequently dismissive toward guests, and the overall leadership failed to foster a respectful or functional team dynamic.
I would not recommend this location for employment or patronage. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic hygiene standards makes it one of the most troubling workplaces I’ve encountered.

Sitting in drive through with staff standing inside with back to the drive-through window. Waited an excessive amount of time. Coffee was cold once I drove away. Staff did not even apologize for the long wait time. Not friendly at all do not recommend.

Constantly find myself waiting when shopping inside the store. I ordered 2 coffees.between when I ordered and I received my drinks they helped 7 drove through customers to completion, as well as 2 people that walked in after us. Slow and uninterested in providing even remotely good service.
Enjoying nice morning coffee. Friendly service and clean place. There were unique design tumblers and mugs to purchase.

The unfair reviews about this store not being up to par when they’re busy are childish and vindictive. I have been to many Starbucks locations around the country, and this is by far the best one! Manager Amanda steps up and greatly helps her employees exceed expectations when the store is busy inside, as it remains consistently busy through the drive thru—the staff handles their business exceptionally well and have sterling-tiered customer service etiquette with their customers. I’m one of those guys that escapes summer heat with my dog by hanging out in a coffee shop for most of the day, so I should have a good assessment of how this store operates, and it operates like the most talented, well-oiled machine I’ve ever seen! Keep it up! This is a Starbucks location that all other locations should take note from and apply what this store provides for their customers.

I usually enjoy my Starbucks visits, but this time was genuinely frustrating. Multiple items were missing from my order, and none of the customizations I requested were followed.
2 orders of Potato cheddar chive bites were missing.
Requested Sriracha sauce was missing.
Mozzarella cheese was not removed.
It felt like the order was rushed and not double-checked at all. I understand things can get busy, but accuracy and attention to detail are important, especially when it comes to customer preferences. Really hoping this was just a one-off, but it left me pretty disappointed.

Seriously… Starbucks. You wouldn’t be as big of a company if it weren’t for the people that support you. However… you guys have lost the customer service and care you once had. Especially the Cottonwood, Arizona location. When I spend $5-$7 on a customized drink and I get that without any ice or the additions I asked for it quite frankly ticks me off! This coffee just went into the trash. I was too ticked off to go deal with your unfriendly uncaring barista. I won’t be back. Dutch bros around the corner. I was an avid Starbucks fan… but your service and product has gone downhill.

The baristas were very attentive and wanted to make sure they made everything just right
Amazing breakfast experience, hot and neat breakfast, 10/10 balanced drinks.
Slowest drive thru of all time!
HORRIBLE!!! The staff here is HORRIBLE!!! I'm a door dasher and I'm diabetic. I went to pick up an order and the staff member named Mandy wouldn't even sell me water. Water is ESSENTIAL and I couldn't even get any. Not only are the staff unprofessional but they are extremely rude, lazy and slow. I will never spend a penny here!!! Worst customer service I've experienced in my life!! If I could give them zero stars, I would. I cannot even believe how I was treated!
