Please, I beg you, teach your baristas to stop forgetting the vanilla syrup in the caramel macchiatos. It feels like a 50/50 chance that it’s forgotten. I use the drive thru and so when I drive off, I hate having to turn around and go back through to have it fixed.
The unfair reviews about this store not being up to par when they’re busy are childish and vindictive. I have been to many Starbucks locations around the country, and this is by far the best one! Manager Amanda steps up and greatly helps her employees exceed expectations when the store is busy inside, as it remains consistently busy through the drive thru—the staff handles their business exceptionally well and have sterling-tiered customer service etiquette with their customers....
I look forward to coming here for the holidays when the chestnut praline is in season! It is the best latte Starbucks has ever come out with :) Had to write about how amazing this drink is and thank you for making it perfectly! My husband is trying to steal it from me right now 😂
