I heard Robert talking to his co-workers, asking them to do a task with a caring attitude and saying please and thank you. He also treated the customers with a great attitude and care. It is so refreshing to see that kind of service in a fast food environment these days. The other employees were professional as well. We'll done Cottonwood, Az Toco Bell!

The food was good, the atmosphere was very nice, and the service was amazing. The assistant manager, I think his name was Robert, was wonderful. As my family and I sat in the restaurant and ate, we immediately noticed Robert. He was so nice to the employees, yet you could just tell that he was in authority - when he wanted them to do something, he said please and thank you. He treated each and every customer just like a good manager should - he took care of them and thanked them. My husband actually went to him and told him what a great job he was doing. I highly recommend this location.

Food all over the kitchen floor, associates were gagging while making the food and the gentleman who took our order was wearing his gloves as I handed him cash and he went back to working with the food without washing his hands or changing gloves. Absolutely disgusting. There is clearly no management over quality. Standards are very low.

How is it so hard to add syrup to your soda? How hard is it to add hot sauce to the bag? This staff deserves about $5 an hour. Absolute terrible!

Came to get dinner after working a double, sign says open until 2 and door was locked before 11. This place has been consistent on terrible quality food, won't orders, missing ingredients, uncooked and undercooked food, good poisoning and overall terrible customer service. The fact that they are still open for business is a testimony too how little the FDA cares about people. This place deserves to be shut down for more reasons than the fact that eventually this place is going to kill someone with their lack is caring.

Order it from door dash. Portions were very small ordered 3 large meals with fries, the fries had the same amount as a small order of fries. Not a single hot sauce, ketchup or napkins in the bag.

I say this is one of the best taco bells around, and I am a BIG fan of taco bell. The burritos are always full, not skimpy. The people that work there are always so nice to me and I am a miserable person that seems to always be having a bad day. Then I go to taco Bell, gorge out on cheap yet amazing tacos, get treated nicely by friendly people and feel better about my crap life. I appreciate that. I'm usually there late at night and have never had any lack of service or heard that any menu items were sold out or anything. Also I try not to eat so much meat even though Taco Bell's is so tasty, so practically everything I order is modified with meat swapped for beans. They have never even gotten my modified orders wrong! Kudos for that! Only thing I don't like is the app because it's the only way you can get all the discounts and the points take too long to add up, that's probably because the prices are so low you can't spend enough to make it worth it for them to give better bonuses on the app. Anyway, that's a complaint about the mobile app. Camp Verde Taco Bell is great! Thank you for being my favorite taco bell!

Vegetarian options: Not only do they single out vegetarian options and offer a vegetarian combo deal, you can modify anything in the menu to be vegetarian! It's super easy to do when ordering through the app too.

Watched an employee take money from a sick person give change and proceed to return to making orders without changing gloves or washing hands. When confronted they contuned to make orders. What else are they not changing their gloves out after doing. Had to get the assistant manager involved and get a refund. They continued t serve cross contaminated food.

The slowest drive thru in America. Sometimes they expect you to sit at the speaker and wait for a half hour just to get to order. I’m guessing so they have a chance to catch up but no other fast food restaurant does this. I think it’s just because they suck so bad. I tried going inside once and the girl making my food sneezed and didn’t even attempt to cover her face. When I asked for my food to be remade the manager acted like they didn’t get what the big deal was. I’ve never seen anybody wash their hands. Why pay for diarrhea? Avoid!

The slowest drive through Taco Bell I think that exists in America. Blind leading the blind in there.
