We had an amazing and huge breakfast here. It was so delicious! The service is just incredible - better than at the Marriott where we were staying before. I asked for some extras and was right out spoiled! And the breakfast tasted better than at the Marriott too. Highly recommend going here and enjoying this quaint little town as well. Having not been to the USA in a while, I was quite disappointed to see that chain restaurants are growing and replacing small family owned restaurants. Let's hope little gems like the Canyon Cafe stay around a long time!

On our way back from the Grand Canyon West rim, I had looked up this place. However, the GPS was WAY off and had us going somewhere a long way from where it actually is. WE LOVED IT. Mary, our server, was an absolute gem. We loved her sassy nature and humor. They had their taco tuesday special on, so 3 of us ordered the taco salad....it was HUGE and tasty and reasonably priced (which was a treat from the Vegas prices). The other in our party ordered the burger and said is was very good, home made. The murals on the walls are awesome, I would return in a heartbeat. Stop here, the locals seem to frequent this little spot. A shoutout to Mary from the 4 people from Ontario Canada.

Mushroom tacos are great with the perfect amount of cheese and toppings. Chips are also freshly made and crunchy.

Not somewhere we’d usually stop but the lady at the Grand Canyon ticket booth recommended it. Glad we did; the food was good and eggs perfect and the waitress friendly.

Driving from Vegas to the Grand Canyon- this place was great. Hearty (huge!) portions of home style cooked breakfast at a great price. Two of us had bacon and eggs other two had omelettes- all were great. Do watch for cows while driving!

This is a common meeting spot when we are at our home away from home in Dolan Springs. We met up with an old friend on a sweltering summer day for lunch. I ordered a Hot Dog and water. Jan ordered Spaghetti and Root Beer Float and our friend ordered only a Float. The friendly waitress was familiar to us. Service was prompt. A few days earlier they had run out of ice cream and we had missed out on Floats. The restaurant is clean, has good WiFi, and although air conditioned, it was still warm in the intense heatwave. There is seating outside as well, but not on such a hot day. We had a good get together, and did not feel rushed.

We started the day from Las Vegas and stopped at the Hoover Dam which I have another review on. We were headed to Grand Canyon West/Skywalk and arrived here about 12:30pm. We were seated promptly and a drink order taken. I highly recommend their lemonade. Most had burgers which were all good but a bit well done. Probably our fault since we didn’t stated how we wanted them. One in our party had the meatball sandwich which was also good. After our orders were taken another couple walked in and ordered breakfast. Had I known they served breakfast all day, I would have ordered that. I love breakfast foods any time during they day. The service was quick and friendly. If you are in the area going to or returning from Grand Canyon West, I recommend stopping at the Canyon Cafe if you are looking for a bite to eat.

What's not to like, right? It's the perfect idea of a small cafe' in the middle of the desert on the way to the Grand Canyon west rim. Looks the part, and the food was pretty good. The server -- absolutely horrible. I love me a surly server at a cafe like this. Don't expect the bells and whistles. What should happen: The pad comes out, slings the food, all good. The server we had was absolutely rude and disrespectful. This was well beyond crusty. We were the only guests at the time and I'm convinced we angered her by coming in to eat. Maybe a bad moment, maybe something really kicked her that day but she made a cool experience at this neat cafe in the dessert just awful. Gave it a 2 because the food was pretty good, and the place was clean and interesting. Otherwise...wow...

With good foog and drinks you can recharge energy to the trip. It could be great give a bigger menu options, but it's undestandable this is basic... it has good flavor, tha's fine to me.
