Carl's Jr. offers great service with friendly employees and always fresh food. Customers praised the Double Diablo Burger. The manager and staff are courteous and respectful, making the dining experience pleasant. However, one customer found the prices high compared to other locations and experienced a delay in receiving their order. Despite a friendly cashier, the food tasted slightly off, leading to a disappointing visit.
The restaurant provides fantastic customer service with a positive attitude and a smile. Employees give kids VIP treatment, making it a kid-friendly environment. The cook, Bibiana, was very friendly and smiling, and the cashier, Paola, also provided excellent service. One customer was disappointed that a specific menu item, the Western Wednesday, was no longer available, even though it was advertised. Overall, the restaurant may not live up to expectations outside of California, but the staff's friendliness and the quality of the food are highlights.
