The food is amazing, But I called in to make an order and when my husband and I came to pick up our order one of the workers there started telling us off saying that we had cussed her out on the phone we had not said anything but hello and just made our order as soon as they answered I felt very embarrassed and extremely disappointed since we are loyal customers I guess I’ll have to find a different restaurant and won’t be recommending anymore.

Awesome place to eat! Was down for a work trip with a co worker. Decided to try this place out. Glad we did! Food was awesome and the service was great! Friendly people! Will be back next time I'm down!

I ate one of the best steaks I’ve ever had! Purely delicious. The service was truly great. Every time one of the servers passed by they asked if I needed anything. Family owned and operated; everyone was so involved and were trying to help and serve you as best as they could.

Everything was really good, and the service wasn't bad by any means. The staff was just not very enthusiastic. I don't expect people to do cartwheels or anything, they just seemed disinterested. They did their job acceptably despite that.

We saw our waitress leave for about 30 minutes, in the meantime, no one else came to check on us for refills etc. Our food was not served for almost one hour even though it was not that busy. Service is usually good but not this day. I probably won't be coming back for a long time since staff were very dismissive.

This is a great place in Douglas food excellent, nice down home simple atmosphere, and friendly family restaurant style service. I had bacon wrapped chili peppers that were fantastic. Their big Chati burger is really big the rectangular plate shown is regular full size so it covers it. And good with all kinds of toppings no skimping at all.
