I was waiting at the intercom for about 2 min, kept saying hello over and over. I pulled up to the window and asked if the their machine was broken. The girl at the front gave me an attitude and said no that my car is was not detected, then continued to slam the window in my face. I said excuse me in a loud voice and honked and she never came back to the window. I parked and got down to get managements number and was told they aren’t aloud to give it out. I asked them to give me a paper with the managers name and the name of the employee who was rude. They gave me their information on a napkin. So rude and unprofessional.

They never have a mixed deal they always want people to wait up to 20 to 30 minutes. This is a fast food restaurant. Never good service. The food is good but the employees are not doing their jobs. Having customers wait is not good especially when you are on a limited time.

Disgusting. Tables were all dirty. Workers sitting in their phones doing nothing. Men’s bathroom was gross and had soap all over the damn faucet. Trash can was knocked over. They didn’t even have mac n cheese. Forgot my coleslaw. Ordered spicy tenders and they put barely ANY spices. Chicken was dry as hell. Had to swipe off the chairs ourselves. Took waiting about 3 minutes for someone to come to the register to take our order. Total trash don’t eat here. If i was the owner i’d fire everyone and shut it down

The worst chicken i have ever had. Seriously dont even bother
We were standing on the side of the building in the shade and I was photographing a bird that was near the railroad tracks. A employee came out having a complete freak out telling me that I can't take pictures. I looked at her and said I was photographing a bird. She kept telling me no no not allowed. I showed her the picture of the bird to prove to her that I was not lying. She went back inside. Inside she kept eyeballing us like we were trying to steal their decorating secrets

We have been here a couple of times and liked it. We enjoy the Fried Chicken and think the Fried Okra is quite tasty. The bathrooms are clean.
Wheelchair accessibility: I use a walker, and they have a pavement ramp by the Handicap parking spaces. It could be redone, it is a little rough, but I was able to go up by myself.
