Amazing Mexican food! We have eaten here many times and always loved it. Friendly service. The coffee bar is unusual for a Mexican restaurant but we greatly appreciate it. Latte, Mocha, iced drinks, espresso etc. Reasonably priced, comfortable seating. Large menu.

I don't understand any reviews of El Chef under 5 stars. It was wonderful! The food was delicious and hot right off the griddle. I recommend the eggs with chilies, and add grilled onions. The waitress was super sweet and attentive. If we're ever in Douglas AZ again, we're heading here!

El Chef is the bomb! You can't get a bad meal there. Everybody is awesome, the food is awesome, and the coffee is awesome. If you're looking for a place to grab a mocha or something in the morning, don't forget El Chef!

They overcharged and didn't put accurate information on the bill. The actual price on the menu vs what we paid was 12 dollar difference. If it wasn't for having some business associates I would have been speaking with management. I expected better from this place after reading the reviews. Never coming here again. Overall the food was ok. Not bad but not great. I've had better at Taco Bell.
