Talk about a hidden gem!I take a trip from Bisbee to Douglas once in a great while and dont isually stop and eat. Today I was with the wife and daughter and decided to give this place a try. We pulled up and I immediately thought the worst.....look at pic. Once inside, it was small to say the least but tastefully done with comfortable booths and tables. Our server was quick and took our order for drinks and food. She then brought over a crisp flour tortilla with refried beans on top. Green and red sauce as well. This was a nice change from your typical basket of chips.I ordered the Carne Asada Burrito. My wife ordered the Douglas Burrito. My daughter also ordered the Carne Asada Burrito and the Tortilla Soup.Everything was excellent and large portions. Everything tasted great and it was well done. The red and green sauce wasnt to hot but just spicy enough to leave a little heat on your tongue.I will

Heading through town on a motorcycle trip and some locals said this was the best breakfast in town, THEY WERE RIGHT! This is some of the best menudo I have ever had! 10$ and I’m stuffed! If I ever come back down this way this is a must stop!

This is the most authentic restaurant. It brought me back to when I lived in Mexico. Love that the menus are in Spanish, so if that intimidates you, go anyway. Nothing we had was bad and let me add by saying it was worth the extra carbs lol. The flavors of the salsa de verde, Enchiladas, machaca and as an added bonus the coffee ☕️ ?. They have a wonderful flavor of coffee, it's smooth, it has a bit of a smoky taste as well. We couldn't get enough. Ask for milk because they have no half and half. I don't usually give a full 5 star but they deserve it!

This café is appropriately on a corner and offers a lovely assortment of breakfasts. That's what my friend and I went there for. I had the veggie omelette and my friend had scrambled eggs and ham. Both were served with refried beans – just a bit watery. It’s definitely a nice local spot as some local gentleman or enjoying breakfast together. The service was very good.It is very appropriate that this cafe is on a corner. We really enjoyed the breakfasts we shared: he ordered ham and eggs and I had a vegetarian omelet. The beans: a little watery. The service was very good.

This is a great spot for breakfast in Douglas. The menudo is among the best in town, the coffee is great, and the service is excellent. It's a bit small, so it can be cramped for groups larger than 6, but the staff is very accommodating and does what it takes to get everyone settled.Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options are available and noted clearly on the menu.Parking: Parking is on the street, can be a bit tricky to find a spot right next to the place if it's busy, but a half a block walk isn't too bad.
