Went with my sister for brunch, she only recently moved to my area and I wanted her to see and enjoy this historic hotel. We ate in the restaurant, I had the chili relleno omelet, she had the southwestern BLT with fries. I loved my dish and had enough left to bring home. She enjoyed hers as well but...BEWARE...as she was eating her french fries she nearly broke a tooth biting into what she thought was a french fry....it was a battered and deep fried chicken bone that had found...
i understand it's under recently new ownership, and it's clearly working. still some growing pains, slightly understaffed but that's perfectly understandable in the current economy. food is delicious, you may have to wait a little longer if it's full, barista knows what they're doing. lovely atmosphere in the historic gadsden hotel, a true gem in a town that seems to be moving ahead.
Nice Cafe friendly staff, and the foods really good.
