The food is very good! I used to order duck! And this was my FAVORITE dish from here, they no longer have it on their menu. However, the rest of the food is still great! I only wish they had Duck again. I have added pictures of their menu since I could never find them online when I need them.

We love getting food from Lai Lai's. I'm very picky about my Chinese food, and this makes the grade for me! Very flavourful, good size portions, and pleasant customer service. This is our go-to restaurant for our Chinese food cravings!!! Although it is take out only, that doesn't bother us one bit!! Worth it for the good food! A+++

It's been maybe 20 years that I have not ate or even step foot at this restaurant and I live in Douglas... finally call and decide to taste it again make an order and the service sucked the lady who answered the phone is so rude like I am supposed to know the menu now!!! I'll go somewhere else and spend my money thank you. So much for Chinese food in Douglas
