This small restaurant was very clean and inviting. Very friendly staff who attended to their job and made everyone feel like family. The food was wonderful but I did wait a bit. It was lunchtime so it was worth the wait.

Whether ordering a soup, taco or Chimichanga, you won't be disappointed. They have made provisions even in the time o COVID to keep diners safely distanced. Their salsa and chips have a mild kick. If a hearty eater you will have plenty and those of us who eat less will take home half our meal in a box. Of the many Mexican food offerings in the City, this one is right at the top in my view for dine-in options.

Food was MEH. My wife and I grew up in AZ and both Love Mexican, especially Sonoran cuisine. The taste isn't there. Worst menudo I have had. Red Burro was OK I guess but not worth suggesting.

We went at 1:30. Food was ok but not what I ordered. Server seemed to wish she was somewhere else. I wished she was somewhere else and I wished I was somewhere else. Douglas appears to be dying and doesn’t offer much. The was adequate.. Next time I am inthe area, I will eat in Mexico.

Not the Best Mexican (suspect Sonora style) but good. As a tourist Stay in Bisbee (great) or Sierra Vista. Beware the land scams (Coronado by Fairgrounds) Hint! Desert Land has no Value. Do not buy. Ask the county what you can do with desert. Nothing. SCAM

We came in for a late lunch. Waitress was very nice. The food was good with a variety to choose from.

I have to say that I was really disappointed with my visit to this establishment yesterday with my co-workers for a group lunch. I felt the service was below average. Granted, we were in a large group, but one of my co-workers was skipped when drink orders were taken and when she came back she couldn't remember who ordered which drink. It was the same way when she brought the food out too. The food I thought was just average. I ordered the taco combo plate with 3 tacos w/ rice & beans. I had seen their menu online and had been looking forward to ordering some fajitas, but they were no longer on the menu. If you plan to order a burrito, expect only the burrito and nothing else since they are served al a carte. I do not plan on returning to this restaurant.

My friend recommended this spot for lunch. The inside is decorated very beautiful, mexican style. Prompt service, not to busy. My food was very good, and not to expensive. There was a choice of hot or mild salsa which I always choose the hotter one, and it was all very tasty. In the downtown area, so sightseeing and then eat here!

Our experience was so so. Nothing to make me want to come back for. For $8.75 I had a plate of cheese enchiladas leaving me wondering if the cheese was included for that high price or if I had to ask for cheese to be put in a cheese enchilada. I did not complain as it appeared that the family was too busy eating something from a take out place and not interested enough in checking to see if our order was satisfactory. So instead I ate a plate full of green enchilada sauce covering 3 rolled up corn tortillas with a scant amount of cheese, if at all, leaving me wanting for something to eat that wasn't $8.75 worth of maybe .60 worth of food.

Every now and then you come across a gem. This restaurant is one of those gems. I was first introduced to this restaurant a year ago when a friend brought me here. Then I had the combination plate and I had it this time. A restaurant like this is not on the main path. Unless you are introduced to it you would not know it is there. I want another opportunity to eat here in the future, because it's that memorable.

Stopped here with colleagues for a working lunch. We were on the later side (about 1:30) so the restaurant was not very crowded. Service was friendly and helpful and our food was served quickly. Standard Mexican fare using Hatch green chiles in many of the dishes, a nice surprise. I ordered Chile rellenos based on this fact and they were mild and meaty. Refried beans are flavorful and the salsa was fresh, lightly spicy. Everyone else enjoyed their food, portions are generous and the chips/salsa were refilled without us asking. Definitely a recommended stop if you're in this area.
