“I was the only patron, early Saturday evening, which seemed fine by the staff, as the place closes at 7. I ordered Sonoran enchiladas, which are lightly fried maza harina, mixed with onions and cheese, then topped with red enchilada sauce and more grated queso blanco. The two young men on staff were surprised that a gringo would know this, and very appreciative. The chef-owner came out of the kitchen and thanked me for being there. Oh, yes, the meal was very well made.“

“In my opinion, the food was really good. The place was a bit crowded, so it took a little while to get my order, but I have to say I really appreciate the great service we received from the cashier. Despite how busy it was, she treated us politely and kindly and was very attentive. She took the time to explain each item on the menu to make sure we were happy with our choice. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this was my first time visiting a restaurant in Douglas, and it left me with a very good impression. I hope to come back soon 😁“
