I looked at the menu on line and it had a daily double $5 meal (for a limited time only). Went to the drive up and ordered it and the price was raised to $7. To me, this is a con job.

My husband and I rarely eat at McDonald’s and when we do our order is ALWAYS wrong. From adding mayo when asked not to, to ordering a burger and getting a chicken sandwich. And TODAY getting a regular quarter pounder with cheese instead of a double quarter pounder with cheese deluxe. Additionally the chicken strips were dark brown. My husband worked there as a teen and know this is due to dirty oil. Then the person who was at the drive through didn’t know English and confused the entire order to begin with. Again with as many complaints this restaurants has received you would think management would fix it. Maybe it’s time to go to someone higher than management.

Went to buy happy meal for my daughter gave the person the code she made the mistake and not put it in and they didn’t wanna honor it. Talk to manager and she said there was no way she can help. It was buy one get one for two dollars and I had to pay full price because my daughter already wanted them meal. Not great customer service by the manager!

This McDonald’s location delivered a truly unacceptable experience, especially since I placed a mobile order and gave them plenty of time to prepare everything. I was just supposed to pick up my food, but the failure began the moment I arrived.
The staff acted completely clueless about my pre-placed order. I got the attention of one employee who started to look into it, but after checking, they never came back to me. I was left standing there waiting for over 15 minutes!
Because of the excessive time I was forced to wait and the fact I was just left standing there, a manager finally had to come by and ask if everything was okay. This was far too late and only confirmed that I had been ignored and my food was entirely unprepared. They had to make every single item for me from scratch! They are lucky I remained patient throughout this massive ordeal.
To top it all off, the store itself was a mess. There were boxes scattered around that looked like a potential hazard. This needs to be taken care of immediately, especially since many older people and kids visit this location.
A Crucial Warning for Management: Since this is the only McDonald's location in Douglas, Arizona, the management has a massive responsibility to uphold the brand's reputation by keeping the place clean, safe, and ensuring everyone's orders are right. The current level of chaos, safety hazards, and indifference is unacceptable for any business that serves an entire community. This issue must be fixed immediately for the sake of future customers.

None of the staff appear to speak or read english, we both customized our sandwiches and neither was made correctly even though the grill ticket was on the box. When we attempted to get them fixed they didn't seem to understand we wanted them made to match the grill ticket. Maybe those should print in Spanish if the staff doesn't read English?
