The bathroom was incredible dirty the bathroom toilet seat it looks like someone pee on it I have to clean it myself with hand soap because I wanted to use the loo then I went to ask for an ice cream and they told me the machine was not working they didn't have ice cream

It was honestly difficult to order. The lady taking our order was set in her ways on how she wanted to place our order. The coffee I ordered was not good. They definitely need friendlier staff.
Unfortunately, I have to lower my rating of this particular McDonald's. I highly recommend that you check to make sure that you received everything in your bag, especially if you ordered via the app.
This place will consistently forget items or entire meals.
Almost every other trip I am rushed through the window without checking only to find out I am missing items. Then I have to go through it again. Wait through the drive-thru all over again to get the items.
Once one of the employee's mentioned. "What does it matter," because I used points for the free item, "no loss right?"
Once again I received the wrong order and the person at the window either didn't speak English or pretended they didn't to avoid conflict.
