This place feels deserted, and the staff seem really unhappy. I spoke to a guy with a hat and beard who looked grumpy and unkempt. When I asked him for plates, he just said they didn't have any and walked off. The service was really poor

The pizza is great and the service is good but I order wings and when picking up my order they say the don’t have spicy garlic, which we know they mix buffalo and garlic sauce, but they said they gave me BBQ which I was ok with. Getting home we open the wings and 1 tray has a sprinkle of BBQ and the other has none. And this always happens with the BBQ wings Always 🤦🏻♀️

We stopped here today as we were passing through and decided on the buffet. $9.99 including salad, excluding drinks. There were various pizzas, pasta and bread to choose from. Everything was delicious. Everything was warm. Toilets also good. Service was nice and inquiring. Gladly again.
Parking: There were enough parking spaces in front of the door
You order ahead of time because more than likely you want to save time and it’s more convenient it’s the 3rd time I come to get my order and it’s wrong again!! So now I have to wait for them to prepare my order all over….The manager still gets an attitude and rolls his eyes and doesn’t even show he minds when they’re the once dropping the ball. It is very sad Douglas has little and limited dinning options and very bad customer service.??
