The place is very run down. Food was barely passible and small portion for the money. Avoid it if you can.

Fantastic food, great service. Decore is a bit quirky and dark but fun.

We were in Douglas for a college baseball game, and wanted to take our son out to eat to spend some time with him. We were seated right away as there was only one other person in the restaurant. We got our drinks pretty quickly, ordered our food and then waited about 20 minutes to get our food. I ordered Chilaquiles with on over easy egg, and my husband and son ordered the breakfast sandwich. My son's looked toasted, on beautiful whole wheat bread, my husband's didn't look toasted, both were yummy. My chilaquiles were good as well. Service was good, food was good, would definitely go back.

We (party of two) are currently sitting in the restaurant. We waited 45 minutes for our food. It’s not that busy. One party of two that arrived after us got their food before us. There are two tables with parties of two that arrived before us that don’t have their food even after we ate ours. (Edited to add, they ordered the burger. If you order the burger prepare to wait almost an hour.)If I’m going to wait 45 minutes for food it better be amazing. My husband’s chicken taquitos were bland and burnt. My enchiladas were made with tiny tortillas. Half the plate was lettuce. The atmosphere of the restaurant is terrible. Dark lighting, black and red linens, tons of Marilyn Monroe in pictures on the wall. Menus are typed up in the tiniest font. Hard to read when it’s so dark. We should have walked out when we saw how bad it looked. At least the chips and salsa were good.

Great food and friendly service. Have been going there for almost 40 years. Their Chile Rellenos are what I compare every other Mexican restaurant I go to against. Some have come close, but none have been better.Vegetarian options: Been a vegetarian for over 40 years. Many vegetarian options. My favorites are the Grand Combo and the Grand Cheese Enchiladas.

Very friendly service. The chicken & shrimp Louis salad was HUGE! And very tasty. All four of us took food home. Generous portions indeed. Recommend.
