“The employee Nick, who works at this location is polite, kind helpful amazing customer service skills. My wife and I ate it a Subway and snowflake and then we had to spend damn near $50 for two subs and a drink. The manager their claimed that unless we order through the app on the buy one, get one free She had no control over us being able to use a coupon. When we started having trouble with the app at this location, Nick was able to help us navigate it getting it to work so that my wife and I saved $30. Might not seem like muchbut I have two twin boys that are four years old so that extra $30 really helps me and my family so thank you Nick. You should get a raise.”
