Stopped at the dairy queen in Eager and the fries were hard as a rock, the toast didn't have butter, and only thing fresh was the chicken strips. We waited for about 15 minutes for our meal. It really sucks when your traveling all day and want to get a quick bite to eat but didn't get our monies worth.

If you’re craving fast food burgers and fries, go to McDonald’s or Sonic instead — at least their food is made to order. Avoid getting food from DQ They prepare the food ahead of time and leave it sitting under a heat lamp. Our fries were stale, the burgers were cold, and the chicken strips were so dry they were barely edible. I ended up driving back to get a refund.

I've tried to get food here a couple of times and they completely messed up my blizzard the first time and the second time a few days later I just got a really sad excuse for an oreo blizzard that was supposed to be the oreo fudge brownie blizzard but there was no brownie just oreo lol. Every time we come here, our fries are as hard as a rock and inedible... the chili dog gave my boyfriend diarrhea lmao. Dont waste your money here its honestly not worth it 😂

6/12/25 @ 915pm, ordered in the drive thru. The girl in the window was great but it looked like a bunch of kids working, no adult in sight, and kinda like everyone was running around. We didn't get the right burgers, the bacon wasn't even placed on the sandwich. It looked as though they forgot so they unwrapped the burger while already placed in the bag and stuffed the bacon in and tried to rewrap it. The large fries were halfway full. If we dumped one in the other it looked like we got one large fry. I hate that you can't get good food anywhere in town anymore. $30+ for the wrong burgers & ONE large fry? Ridiculous. Don't waste your time, maybe just get ice cream only.

Came here to get a quick bite and some drinks. Guy who took our order seemed tired and lethargic. I assumed he was probably having a bad day. Another lady gave us our order and she seemed happy and content. I've been here before and the drive-thru can get backed up a bit. But we weren't waiting too long. Other than that the order was correct and the food and drinks were good.
When you order a three-piece chicken tender you expect them to be decent sized... you shouldn't have to still be quite hungry after ordering a full meal. We have gone there giving them extra chances, but most times will get one or more of those pieces the size of your pinky... no exagguration ... this is not a chicken tender... its is usually just a bite... usually hard, cold and rarely fresh.. The regular sized pieces are actually quite small as well. We have now decided it's not worth it to go back :/ their responses are not helpful. They will not try to make anything right. Go somewhere else.

Food terrible. Onion rings greasy with only a string of onion in each 1. Chicken strips greasy and cooked so long ends were hard as a rock. Grease upset my stomach. Also had to go back in as they didn't give full order.

Absolutely ridiculous wait at the drive thru. I was the third car back and left after 23 minutes without the line moving. When I drove by, a young woman was leaning on the counter with her hands under her chin talking to two young boys. Not a care in the world but the boys in front of her.

We will never go to this DQ again !! Ordered a deluxe cheese burger got a plain cheeseburger with nothing but a pickle on it so went back through the drive-thru and waited again,, they said oh yeah you ordered a deluxe cheeseburger so they said will we make it again, instead take it back to the kitchen through some tomatoes and lettuce on it microwaved it till it was untouchable with a really hot tomato and soggy lettuce this place is too expensive to get set yucky food and service
