Every employee is miserable, rude, and obviously don't want to be there. Slow to get out order. Good was just OK. First and last visit to DQ. Hope upper management reads this.

Shockingly bad service. First they forgot to make my order while I was waiting. Then the order was wrong. I brought it back and asked for a refund. They weren't going to give me a refund. The situation escalated to a ridiculous degree and I thought I was going to have to call the police! I would definitely not recommend this restaurant.

Nobody needs to be mentioning Fentanyl while serving a blizzard to my wife. Joke or not it is very irresponsible and very unsafe. I hope the owner and manager take care of this issue. Otherwise, I will not be going back and I will tell others not to go as well. I am very disappointed!
