No one has gloves on when they make food, and no one washes their hands after taking out trash, just going right back to making food. It is terrible. I've gotten sick twice from this place. I will never go back.All run by teenagers who dont care about doing anything right. It's Filthy inside and out, and the old managers hit on the teenagers, its disgusting. They should be shut down by the health department.

Waited an hour for my drinks that I ordered on the mobile app. First, got the wrong order, had to send it back. Second, I waited 15 mins for them to bring me the right order. Third, got my drinks but one was peach colored and tasted like it was watered down. Fourth , had to call again for a replacement. Fifth, they made me wait 30 minutes to bring out the replacement. How hard is it to match the order to the receipt and how much harder is it to notice the two diet dr peppers were two completely different colors!?

Both orders of our burgers were incorrect and cold. Waited quite a while for staff member to call back out so we could tell them. He proceeded to come back out and took the incorrect burgers and returned with the correct ones which were also cold. The original waitress that came out with the order first was rather rude. When I asked if there was ketchup or sauce in bag she shrugged and said I dont know.

We ordered mozzarella sticks, jumbo popcorn chicken and tots to go. When we got to our destination to eat, we discovered we had 3 grilled cheese sandwiches and some sort of chili tots with jalapeños. We are traveling, so we didn't go back.

Waited a few minutes just to get our order taken. Then when we pulled up to pay waited a while to get out shakes there was like 4 employees. 2 of the chick's were on there phones just standing there in the kitchen then 1 started eating a milk shake and the person who took our order just stood there and talked to them while person number 4 made the shakes.It was 2 SMALL milkshakes.
