River Run Pizza Bar and Grill

3 strikes! We’ve tried this place several times. Burnt food, had my food delivered AFTER everyone else was done eating, and the latest. Walked in, the smell of raw sewage hit us in the face. We asked if it was any better in the back and the waitress told us no and that there is a plumbing issue and the owner refuses to call a plumber. Won’t be going back there ever again. We walked out.

Hole in the wall. Pizza was fine (seems they can only make one pizza at a time?). Didn’t really have any sauce though and that hurt it. Some of the seating areas don’t have AC too. Was 100 degrees outside and it was cooler out there. Also smelled like a bathroom. Place could have potential if they fixed it up and fixed the issues

This place was cool, but smelled of sewer so bad, we had to leave.

Had a great time. The food was excellent. Hector, Robert I'm coming back for more of your cooking. And Suzzette, that pizza rocked!!! Stopping here definitely made the rest of the drive more relaxed.

On my way home coming from Phoenix always wanted to take a dip on the Colorado River so I got out of the 10 freeway and stopped in Ehrenberg ( last little town before you cross into California )
Searched for a place to eat in the area, found this place on Google Maps, the outside looks deceiving, inside looks nice for an old place, old fashioned bar, complete families kept coming in, youngsters playing at the pool table. the food was amazing. Ordered a medium COMBO pizza, best pizza I ever had.
Our waitress Connie was very nice. Saw her coming out of the kitchen with what it looked like a big tostada, asked her what it was and she said " Taco salad "
I looked so good and fresh.
Next time we'll order the Pin̈a Colada for a drink.

Also, I asked her if there was a way to get to the river, she gave me easy directions and I was able to reach the edge of the river and take a swim.

Got completely ignored for 10 minutes. Thought "it's a little busy for 2 servers, it's fine" a BIG group of men walk in and they immediately got sat and got menus while we were still waiting. Walked out and went to another place and tipped our nice waitress 120% there

We came in with a greeting, a stranger plays rock music, he was good at it, and people praised him, we ordered a veggie and ham pizza and got a pepperoni pizza, pizza came medium fast.

If you don’t mind wearing an air freshener on your nose, it’s bearable. The place smells like someone just flushed a 3 day floater. The smell is quite possibly the worst smell of any bar that I have ever walked into. I’d make the stretch that I can’t remember a place that smelled worse than this. Maybe when my neighbors had their septic pumped.
I heard the pizza was really good, but something about eating a pizza while inside the local waste water facility is hard to come to terms with.

Shout out to Ern and his massive guitar skills! Really good pizza and steak.

Place looked good until I read the #hat comments, then decided its a no go. The only thing I have control over is where I spend my money and not a dime will go to a business that is not freedom based. Segregation is coming back just as they had it before.

Omg! The pastrami pizza is amazing! I would've gotten dill pickles on top instead of sweet, but we have never tasted a better pizza. Our bartender, Erin-berg was friendly and knowledgeable about local swimming areas. She makes an epic Mexican Lollipop shot with an orange-habanero tequila that is surprisingly smooth.Thanks for the good times,Doc & Lola

Food is good, but the service is horrible. 4 of us went in there. We ordered the drinks and almost had to go get them 15 minutes later. I didn't get my soda. Ordered potato skins same time and they came after food. My friends were almost done eating and I had to go my wings because the little old blonde waitress was talking to a dude at the bar showing pictures on phone. My buddy got charged for the side salad she left on the counter and never gave him. We had to flag her down or get up everytime we wanted something. That place could be a gold mind, but the owner will close anytime he wants and that waitress sucks.
