Tonight was my very first visit to this Wendy's!! What took me so long?! Yes, it was off the rails busy, but the cashier LORI still wore a smile and was so pleasant. The employees were all clean and well groomed which is a plus because not all eateries have employees that take pride in their appearance.... i.e. I have seen cashiers with dirty fingernails. ugh! I'm absolutely impressed with how clean the dining area was even though there were kids and packed booths and sheer crowdmania. Restroom for men was very clean and maintained. The walk in had a nice handicapped parking area with ramps coming inside, ADA compliance is key in this world, it bridges the gap of the can't and the can customers. Dog park, brilliant idea! Busy travel plaza with EV chargers abd lines at fueling pumps, but, still everything moved along. Food... Wonderful! Not greasy, fresh smell and taste, fries were yummy too. I had the double combo meal and the lettuce and pickle were both crispy with no sogginess. This will be my Go-To Wendy's from here out, all Wendy's are not created equal, this one raised the bar on product, environment, efficiency, employees, customer service, cleanliness, location and the overall taste of the original Wendy's. Most efficient Wendy’s I have ever been in. Fast and ALL the food piping hot. They were cranking orders in and out so well that I took time out of my day to leave a review on a dang Wendy’s.
