My husband and I were here on 7/27/25 around 2 p.m. and the customer service was highly disrespectful and disappointing. Right after receiving our order and turning around from the counter, the 2 girls started openly laughing at us. The manager refused to listen to our complaints and defended the workers.

I love wetzels pretzels but this place is so terrible the girl listening to music on her AirPods gets my order wrong than gives me an attitude when I come back to get the correct order. Absolutely terrible customer service I’ve experienced multiple times if you’re gonna have an attitude at your job, don’t work there’s plenty of people that would be grateful to have your position. She was extremely rude to me. I told her thank you. She didn’t even say anything.

They never have the dog bites. I think they must be more labor intensive and they don’t like to make them. At any time of day they say they are out. This issue has been going on for years so I don’t believe management cares.

Numerous times I pull in and want dog bites but they never have them. Larger pretzel dogs are scarce as well. At 11am they don't intend to make anymore. Last few times the answer is that they're sold out! So, if these are the items that sell the most, why are they not stocked up! No one wants the pizza bites and regular pretzel bites! So, why not boost your sales and make what the patrons want! Also, how can you be sold out when you just opened?

This is in a 76 gas station. There were 3 of the Wetzel bitz already made - but no idea how long they had been sitting. Just then, a new batch was taken from the oven.I asked for the fresh ones and was told that they WOULDN'T sell me the fresh ones UNTIL the old ones (maybe ancient) were sold.Added note - I was informed the ones sitting there had just been taken out of the oven. IF that was the case, THEN WHAT DID IT MATTER!FIRST time I've ever been refused fresh anything.

Cash only and no salt on my pretzels. They were huge and we’re basically biscuits. Didn’t eat them until we got on the road so we wasted our money. Otherwise we would have sent them back

My daughter and I were stopping for gas and decided to grab a couple Wetzel pretzel bags and boy were we displeased with everything about our 1-25-24 at 2pm visit. The customer service with the young girls was -minus the star rating above if I had the option. They didn’t ask if we would’ve liked our order buttered or salted, they seemed to not fit the position behind the counter. It was shocking when I asked them for a fresh bag that they had just baked. One girl made a nasty comment and stated they were all fresh. That’s not true because while I stood there, I seen the girl take out the bags from under the heater and replace them with the newer ones. Well I couldn’t see what bag she grabbed so I assumed I had a freshly baked one, when I took a bite they were dry, hard and burnt. I walked back up and asked for extra butter and that didn’t even help. I waisted my money. I believe as a customer that their service should be top notch. The hiring manager should re-evaluate their employees. And seeing that it has a 2.1 rating is basically shows how this location is ran. This picture is after I asked for butter and salt. Unfortunately, the stiffness didn’t allow the butter to soften the bite.
