Every time I go here they make you wait in the parking lot for your drive through order… there hasn’t been a time this hasn’t happened. Then a worker will come out and ask which order you had. This is an awful system.

One would think they are butchering the cow for how long it takes. Sat in the drive through just now for 20 minutes for one car to be processed. Used up my entire lunch just to sit there, maybe its new staff but handle your long ques better. At least have them pull to the front lot as ive been asked too so many times before. Car behind me had to blow their horn just to get their attention to order.....place has gone downhill service wise.

This Bk is by far the rudest and food isn’t even quality like the other places I’ve been too. First the Manager doesn’t know how to speak on a headset and when I told her what I wanted she kept saying a whole meal. I repeated myself several times about to drive off . Second what I got was not it Instead I got a whole entire different order and when I corrected her she slammed the drive thru window and started talking loudly. How do you mistake a Sausage egg and cheese for a burrito????? She than gave me a total and asked after I pay I park by the small single door. Girl got me messed all the way up when she gave me another burrito and said it was the sausage egg and cheese!! I don’t want to sound mean but she needs hearing aids it was supposed to be two croissants not two burritos at this point I’ve done waited 15min parked and now I’m officially late for work. I asked her name and she said why. I captured her tag and her name is Lily. If you ever come across this lady be sure to know she’s unpleasant and I go back my BK by my house at least if I wait they get it right and are always so nice these guys Nope 👎
