Do not eat inside. It is so warm in the restaurant and I don’t even know how they make their employees work in that then they are in the kitchen. This is the 2nd time that I have been here in the last 2 weeks and it still isn’t fixed.

This BK is always busy . But they manage it well. Food comes out fast and fresh . The staff is super nice. They always have BK crowns ready to go for the kids when they walk in. It's nice to see some traditional things that are still around.

No Ac. Customer service representative seemed like they did not want to be there. Food was raw and cold. Filled a complaint with Maricopa County regarding food safety. Meat on burger was physically cold to the touch.

Perfect example of poor management. My first impression walking in was that it smelled dirty. Like grease or stale food. Definitely not a fresh, welcoming smell. A gentleman was at the counter complaining about his food, which took 3 enployees to rectify. The dining room was dirty; floors, tables, seats, yet even though my husband and I were the only 2 in the place, not one employee was cleaning. Oh, and it was Sunday at 10 am. On a good note, the breakfast food was hot and fresh, served in a timely manner. However, not with a thank you, or have a good day.

Ordered a number one combo no cheese specifically asked for my fresh fries out of the fryer my Whopper off the broiler cut in half I got mediocre french fries and my Whopper was really not even warm they don't have it together here
