Ordered a number one combo no cheese specifically asked for my fresh fries out of the fryer my Whopper off the broiler cut in half I got mediocre french fries and my Whopper was really not even warm they don't have it together here

Discusting asked for a fresh burger an got the oldest patty they must of had absolutely unacceptable. Family and i will not be returning for the price we pay we expect a fresh burger not trash i could of went to mc donalds and got something fresher.

Pulled in the parking lot at 8:28pm tonight 1-30-25 the lobby is being locked my management and we were told they're closed. I will be personally calling the General Manager tomorrow morning

It is 837pm on Jan 30 2025. We have a bus full of hungry people after a sporting event and they locked the doors on us as we pulled up. What kind of place is this? We are not from this area and the kids i picked up are hungry from their game they just played. How can someone treat people like this? I'm never coming here. I'm so appalled

I have ordered shakes 5 times in a row now and every single time the machine is “being cleaned” my assumption is that it’s the register persons job to make the shakes and they’re just lazy. I’ve worked in the food industry before and I’ve cleaned those machines. Takes like 10 minutes and should be done once a day (preferably during a slow time of day). I used to come here a lot. I’ll be going to McDonalds up the street now, I guess.
