This BK is always busy . But they manage it well. Food comes out fast and fresh . The staff is super nice. They always have BK crowns ready to go for the kids when they walk in. It's nice to see some traditional things that are still around.
Perfect example of poor management. My first impression walking in was that it smelled dirty. Like grease or stale food. Definitely not a fresh, welcoming smell. A gentleman was at the counter complaining about his food, which took 3 enployees to rectify. The dining room was dirty; floors, tables, seats, yet even though my husband and I were the only 2 in the place, not one employee was cleaning. Oh, and it was Sunday at 10 am. Service was friendly and okay. Food was hot and okay. Unfortunately what I ordered on the app wasn’t available. So they gave me a different burger which was smaller than what I ordered.
