Domino's Pizza

My pizza was not made correctly, I called dominos to just notify and see if anything could done and what could've been resolved in 2 to 3 minutes instead took 10 min for him to admit he made the order wrong. Instead of honoring his mistake he chose to beat around the bush. I ordered pineapple on half the pizza not the whole thing.

Fast quick and yumboliches I ordered on the way there and when i walked in all 3 pizzas where getting boxed up. If i lived closer i would order more often.

I was the guy in the red Mustang who came in for an extra-large pepperoni — and what I saw was completely unprofessional. One of the guys, Travis, was being straight-up rude and aggressive to the employees in the back. His attitude was hostile, and the way he talked to people was out of line for someone in a leadership role. One of the workers even told me this happens often — that Travis is always late, disrespectful, and makes everyone else’s job harder.

I’ve already submitted a report to corporate, and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau (BBB) shortly after this. If this is how management treats staff and customers, something needs to change fast.

If I could give more stars I would. Staff is very friendly and food is always given exactly how it was ordered. Have never had an issue!

On June 1st @ 6:06 pm , I did an online order at the Domino's in El Mirage on Thunderbird road. They said it would be 11 to 16 minutes. My brother went there and has waited 45 minutes and still no pizza. I called up there I was told to hold, nobody ever got back to me and I drove up to the store I was on hold for 10 minutes. When I showed the manager I was still on hold and I was upset with the service he told me to leave his store. That they were busy, and he showed me the board and said you see all those orders. I told him so those orders are more than my orders so those customers are more important than me. Here come to find out they never made the pizza at all, somebody screwed up somewhere they told me they lost the number. The way the manager treated me and talked to me he should be fired immediately, and maybe the city should stop by here sometime and see all the people standing right outside of the delivery door smoking cigarettes and Vapes. And those are employees, I thought you were supposed to be 20 ft from an entryway to any building. Last time I spend my money here.

“Worth Every Calorie (Even If I Regret It Tomorrow)”
I’ve been trying to stay away from pizza lately… mostly because it tends to stick around my waist longer than it should. But today? I gave in, and Domino’s was the winner.

This spot did a great job! But, based on some of the reviews, they did a great job today 🤔…

The pizza was hot, cheesy, and just plain delicious. I went with the pan deep dish, and also grabbed some wings and mac and cheese because clearly I have no self-control.

Everything hit the spot. Honestly, I might need to hit the gym twice tomorrow and live on salad for the next three days… but no regrets. Great quality, great price, and totally worth it.

Nice job, Domino’s…..you got me good!

Damn I’m visiting and this Domino’s is the closest to my location and the reviews are freaking awful. Damn, you guys gotta do better in life. I wanted some Domino’s now I have to go elsewhere.

Pizza was good, but the wings just had sauce drizzled over them. Glad we paid the extra dollar for sauce on the side. Seemed kind of sloppy.

Also, the person who handed me the order and handled the checkout was eating right in plain view over in the kitchen above food/kitchen equipment. Seemed a little sloppy as well.

Very good tension

Place is awful. Food sucks- tell me which pizza is the NY style in my pictures! I'll wait for a response. Workers are rude, grumpy, and have zero customer service skills. No one wants to help you, it's like a game of chicken of who can not approach the customer the longest when you walk in and finally someone loses and reluctantly approaches you and miserably asks can I help you. Then tell them "thank you have a good night" and get zero response. Needless to say if you want piss poor food with worse human interaction- go there!!!

Food is mediocre for the price. Part of my order was not delivered. When calling the restaurant, the associate who answered didn’t apologize just said they’d have the driver return. Twenty minutes later, they have not returned. Called back to say forget it and would just like a refund for what was missing. The same person answered again, still no apology, he just said ‘they literally walked out the door to deliver your item.’ I said okay and he just hung up. No apology no thank you for your patience. Nothing. Incredibly terrible customer service. 40 minutes later, they still have not arrived with the rest of my order. The driver however was very kind and apologetic.
