We love Pueblo El Mirage RV Resort. Everyone is so friendly and inviting. The staff is happy and helpful. Very clean in all areas, golf course, pool, and activities. The landscaping is gorgeous, blooming flowers and plants, well manicured common areas. it's my Happy Place!
Was that the grill tonight Great times with friends and the food and service was awesome
The owners promise a secure facility but much of the perimeter fence is flat on the ground. It has been so for a long time and anyone can walk across the fence. A couple weeks ago a resident was shot in the shoulder from the perimeter fence.

COVID-19 forced a change in plans for the first year of our $500 deposit to hold the plot. Our daughter's wedding affected plans for the second year, but we were told verbally via phone (via K.) that the deposit limit was extended to three years and we could book the subsequent year. We just discovered that the $500 deposit was absorbed by Roberts, that K. today lied that she mentioned three years, claiming it was always two years and that site managers (D.&J.) stand by K., and not the customer. Furthermore, they seem quite happy to grift deposits without phone calls, emails or text messages. Next year, I will spend my $3k in site fees elsewhere.
I love living here. The people are so wonderful. They make it magical.

ITS BEEN CLOSED ALL THE TIME I'VE BEEN LIVING HERE SINCE DECEMBER
My wife Lidia are extremely disappointed in the non-use of the large pool for aquatic exercise and availability of the restaurant at the golf course. We have also voiced dissatisfaction with the comfort level of the room where we play Bingo to no avail. We have had discussions with other snowbirds in the park and the complaints are the same Robert's is not bashful in asking for fees for various activities and charging the bingo players for the use of the room for bingo. But there has been no mention of a rebate of any of the rent we pay the resort for the use of facilities that have not been delivered. I can assure you these deficiencies will weigh in our decision to come here next year
