My boyfriend found this place on instagram an we just had to see what it was all about. Now the place is small but don’t let that stand in the way of enjoying good food. Me and by boyfriend order a platter. He got 8 carne and I got 1 of each meat. Asada, pastor, birria, carnitas, pollo, shrimp chorizo, and fish. Man let me tell you the tacos were EXCELLENT. Filled with meat in every taco. The chips are homemade fresh right there as well as the guacamole. They cook everything to order so if time something you don’t have place a pick up. I would highly recommend this place over and over again. I can taste why they won so many awards. The owner is kind and very attentive. Oh by the way they also have elote and quesadillas. Don’t let the size or area fool you this place is too good to pass up.

Overall, the food and service were both amazing. You can tell they really care about what they do everything was fresh, exceptionally made and full of flavor. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend to anyone who loves good Mexican food and great service.

I travel all over the U.S. for work and this place was amazing!!! From the fresh cut veggies to the perfectly seasoned tacos were top notch. I got a 6 taco combo and told the owner to choose whatever for each one and that’s exactly what he did. Every taco was on point! And the watermelon water was icing on the cake! If I could more stars I would. Also a super friendly staff as well. Wish I would have taken pictures but after the first bite…. Eating the tacos was all I had on my mind!

Food was OK flavor mediocore place shows no pricing on menu items. The man ask if you want four tacos I said sure…not knowing the price it was $20 for four tacos, six dollars for chips and salsa was just Tapatio basically with nothing in it and five dollars for a Mexican soda in the bottle which is 8 ounces insane pricing…I would not recommend I will not be coming back… this place is not that good people are getting paid to review these places on social media. They’re not being honest.
You don't go to this restaurant for the atmosphere, you go for the fresh food and the fresh aguas frescas. The restaurant is very small and is more of a just eat and go restaurant. I had a carne asada, birria, and grilled fish taco. Most taco places don't offer fish tacos, I like that they did and not only that, they offered in two options either grilled or breaded. Since I am allergic to gluten I opted for grilled. I also had to try their elote, which was as expected, delicious! My ultimate favorite was the fresh I agua de piña (pineapple water), my friend jhad the agua de sandía (watermelon water) which were perfectly sweetened and so refreshing

La Bamba tacos are so delicious!! Every bite of our tacos and guacamole and every sip of our frescas were incredible and the Taco King creates such an inviting and fun atmosphere to dine in. It felt like a whole experience going to eat there and it was definitely worth it!!! We’ll be back!! 😊

9 years since I moved to AZ from east coast. By far best Tacos Ive had and its not even close. Unbelievable taste and quality. Service was great. Price very reasonable. Hidden gem.
