Waited 30 minutes for a pepperoni pizza. Wouldn't be so bad but was told none were available and then watched as cashier sold a pepperoni to a customer after I had been sitting there waiting that long. Twice. He seemed friends with the customers. they hadn't refilled the grab n go case so pepperoni was in there while I waited.

Pizza was undercooked, staff was rude when I called to complain. They told me to come back to replace right then. I have a wheelchair, it's 120°f out, I JUST LEFT your store and got home to feed my family and it was totally inedible. Normally staff is nice, understanding, especially if I ask for a hold instead of same day replace (because of the wheelchair and the heat equal not fun). I was really disappointed. Will definitely be calling that number though, been using LC for almost 20yrs.

Purchase four pizzas for my grandchildren pool day. I don't eat pizza, but I noticed the children didn't eat all the pizza and I couldn't figure out why, as I went to go put the pizza away, I realized they use old sour crust to make the pizza.The crust was old, and it was sour and they didn't throw it away.They just used it to make the pizzas never again will I go to this little caesars.
