The food was decent, but 24dlls for one small chile relleno and a soggy disintegrated enchilada with a side of rice and beans and a drink seems overpriced. The food was a little bland, and suases were weak. Overall, a good experience eating here, i would have given 3 stars on the food, but the free chips and salsa helped. We go to Lupitas on repeat. Everything we have ordered has been very, very good. I have had the machaca burrito numerous times. Also the flautas. The meat is moist and tender and tasty. They don't make everything spicy, which is something that is greatly appreciated.

This is our favorite Ma & Pa restaurant to go to. Especially on a Mon or Wed, they have the best Margarita's for $1.50!!! ??
They make you a fresh bowl of tortilla chips & salsa when you walk in. My go to is the Red Chili & Bean Indian Fried Bread!!!
Their red chili is so tasty, tender, full of flavor and not too hot!
My husband loves the chili relleno's and the green chili chicken enchiladas.
I've been coming here...
