I have been to Rally and Checkers locations throughout the Continental U.S., and I have never had the experience I had here. After ordering I received 3 whole meals stuffed into a small bag with the fries and chicken pieces that went all over my car because the contents were overfilled, somehow receiving a red fanta instead of a cherry coke, and overall one of those experiences that strongly suggests I will not be returning.

Larissa the GM at this location is AMAZING! She was running the drive through and pushing cars through so fast! She was very sweet and had great customer service which is so refreshing these days. Awesome service, good food, happy to be a customer.

I give a 3 star due to the food ALWAYS being cold, cheese never melted, you can literally wait 10 minutes or more thinking your getting fresh HOT food only to be disappointed when you sit on thier tables to eat. The area is clean, and they do a good job keeping up with the "outside" eating area. The customer service is awesome. Decent prices, for a 4 person family I was able to feed for under $35 which in today's economy is hard to do at the fast food joints.
