So I just ordered doordash from here, and one of the cashiers felt the need to talk shit about my order to the doordasher who recorded and showed to me. You think it's gluttonous to order food that will feed eight people, or did you think it was just for me?? I normally like this location a lot. But lately, the laziest people work there with the worst attitudes. I will be contacting corporate about this as I have the video.

I just needed to say that the lady at the drive thru today, Maricela, had THE BEST personality I’ve encountered in a loooooong time. She had such warm and positive vibes, you are very lucky to have her at your location!! She was so sweet that here I am, leaving a review! 🩷

This is what the hatch chili burger looks like btw. Also I when I went it they messed up my order by giving me mediums instead of larges, I was fine paying the difference and just replacing the fries and drinks, we agreed to paying for one large fry and one large drink I wasn't upset just wanted to get going, I get it mistakes happen, I got the fries and drink and I noticed the coke dot was popped on the lid when it was supposed to be a root beer, I asked he assured me it was root beer, thankfully I checked at the tables and it was coke, so I had to go back a second time to fix a mistake on what was supposed to fix the mistake on the first order. Don't go here it's not worth $25+ total waste of time by the time I got home my burgers were cold due to having to turn around and waiting multiple times.

I have been to this location probably once a week for a year. It is always hot, always fresh, and I can always find some deal or coupon that makes it cheaper than anywhere else. Maricela and the ladies in the drive through are always smiling :)

Maricella was a ray of sunshine, she took the time to talk while providing such great service. Food was fresh, quick to provide my meal and over all great location. Thank you

The food was delicious 😋! The customer service was great 👍! Sitting outside on a beautiful day to eat was such a nice experience! And the prices were out of this world!!!! In an amazingly great way!!!! It was like going back to the '80's! Will definitely be going back soon.

They had a great $4.00 special which attracted us to this location. This includes fries, a 12 oz. drink, an apple pie and it states a spicy chicken sandwich, a cheese double or BBQ jacked burger. Our only options we the jack burger and chicken sandwich. The only options were chicken (which had zero spice) and the jacked burger when was slathered in mayo. The apple pie was the best part of the meal. As you can see, they don't resemble the photo at all.

I've been going to this place shortly after it opened, and they never disappoint. They have the best prices and the best quality/freshness. It's super clean, and they are extremely fast at making the food when you're on a short time frame—the full 9 yards. There is a pair of twins that are super on top of everything they do; one takes orders, and the other one cooks. Their communication is amazing. Also, Prisma is one of the best cooks a burger place has to offer. She has to be the fastest and most efficient cook I’ve ever seen. Last but definitely not least, Maricella, the general manager, is also an amazing, helpful soul. She makes sure everyone is happy and greets everyone with a smile. Her customer service skills are truly up to par with what a manager should be. I will be coming here for a while—truly a good environment!
