Was out and about with my dog and decided to stop and grab a beer. Found this place and had to stop! It's outdoor seating. They have an outdoor fireplace that is great. They also have outdoor games like corn hole and horseshoes . The bartender is really cool and was quick to say hello. They allow the dogs to just hang out but my dog is dog aggressive so he had to chill in the truck.

Do not miss this gem on your way to the wineries. Such a fun and cool place to stop with fantastic drinks! My family had stopped when they visited AZ last year and made sure to add it to our stop this year, so glad we did!

Small selection of beer but they are all very good. The whiskey sold is top notch, goes down real smooth. The flavored whiskeys taste like the real thing, no funny aftertaste, can really taste the cinnamon , peanut butter, etc.I couldn't help myself and I bought all the flavors plus a bigger bottle of the cinnamon whiskey! Always enjoy our trips to copper Hop ranch. Their martinis are always on point and delicious. We come to sonoita every year and copper hop is always on the list. If you want a great place in sonoita, this should always be on the list.

If you are looking for great atmosphere, the best whiskey sour i have ever had and I had 3 partly due to sharing with others because it was so delicious and customers that turn into friends quickly this is the place to go. We had such a fun fun fun time. We will be back!!

Do Not Pass By! We visit this little gem EVERY time we go to southern Az! Tom makes great Beer and recently Mel started making Cocktails! I’m not kidding her cocktails..ARTISANAL! I promise…Go to the Copper Hop!!

So this is a hidden-in-plain-sight absolute unsung gem - my companion declared the whiskey top-level and I found the IPA most awesome! The charming patio we found comfortable enough, despite the stiff breezes, and the owner mentioned there was a sheltered enclosure available too, just steps away. BTW FYI: There is NO relationship between this brewery/distillery and the similarly named brewery/restaurant just up the road. This operation predates the restaurant, we learned today. There were even eats on offer here - a very short selection, which nevertheless tempted us - but we'd just eaten lunch.

I can't say enough about how awesome this place was, we went there for a 50 person wedding and it was gorgeous! It rained but they made the most of it and we had a great time! All the beers and whiskey they make themselves were absolutely stellar! I hope they are very successful so I can come back again!
