Red headed female , at approximately 5:13 pm, in the drive through was completely rude. I ordered a large apple pie shake with whipped topping to share. She gave us a regular. We told her I ordered a large she turned around and dissappeared and came back to snatch the shake out of my husband's hand. Arguing with us that we ordered regular. Then gave us the large without the whipped topping. We offered the pay difference she slammed the window. Definitely wont come here again.

We stopped her on our way back to Tucson! The Crew working were Amazing and so friendly!! I didnt get either of the young men's names but they had Excellent customer service !! They greeted us when we came in also!! Thank you for having such Wonderful employees working for you!! Enjoy your day! The time we were in today was 1146a and it does have the name Tracy on it so that may have been our person taking our order. Thanks again!!

Zero should be an option,.. Bought a combo meal & an apple turnover! Sandwich was Great & Fresh, Turnover & Curly Fries were Rocks, Hard , Not Fresh!! Upon return, I was helped by an employee named Shannon, Nice Greeting, I ordered Sandwich Only, Of Course, The upscale is would you like to make that a combo or add a turnover, I said “ No “ My last Experience Was Horrible with my turnover & curly fries they were Hard & Not Fresh, You might want to remove them from the heat lamp after a certain amount of time! Zero Response, Only offered the Total for my sandwich only order!! AMAZING,, Experience is generally good here but Customer Service Is Horrible!!!!
