I use the app to order and pick up from their drive thru fairly frequently and have never had an issue with the order. I do have to wait a few minutes for my order but I think it's because they start prepping it but wait to make it for when I arrive at the drive thru. Not sure but always seems freshly made. Decent deals on the app and reward program is good.

Have fabulous drink machine! Lots of seating but sort of weird with no chairs at some tables, no real booths etc. but food is as you would expect. Service fast. Staff friendly. Good stop.

After the worst driving day, I stop at Petro across the street. Mind you I didn’t get a chance to eat all day. Unfortunately, it’s 10, an hour until close so only the drive thru was open. Knocked on the window to see if I could order, since I’m in a 18 wheeler. Older lady immediately denies me of any service. Didn’t even care to hear me out or help. I’ll give my one star to the guy out front who at least attempted to help.

Truckers if ya go there don’t get it to go. Eat it at the tables. Cause the workers aren’t fawking smart enough to count to 4.Stopped in ordered 4 sandwiches for dinner later and hit the road. Stopped to eat and there’s 3 god damn sandwiches in my bag. There was barely anyone at the store when I stopped and obviously I now know why. Bc they hire morons. Should have known better than to go somewhere to get food that you can’t even out a mobile order in. Might as well just shut that place down bk cause 2 other people came in when I was waiting for my food with fawked up orders. Idiots

The manager at the front was our cashier. Very unfriendly. Our burgers were made wrong (both of them) and the chicken fries were overcooked badly. Most of the tables inside were dirty. It wasn't busy so it definitely wasn't due to being busy. For the $35 I spent.....terrible!

Appalling. We bought 2 #1 combos at around 4pm Sunday January 21, 2024 and it was terrible for us. We arrived in Phoenix very badly. My wife started with a lot of fuss and then I started. Totally the two of us with noise and dearrea, we did not sleep and even today, Monday, without being able to eat anything, disgusted.
