I had an amazing experience and it was all thanks to Victoria. From the moment I walked in, she was friendly, welcoming, and on point with everything. She took my order quickly, made sure everything was correct, and had such a positive attitude the whole time.
You can tell she genuinely cares about customer service — she was patient, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure my experience was great. The food came out fresh and fast, and her energy alone made the visit better.

I've been coming in pretty regularly for a couple weeks now and the service has continued to be great. Knowing how long it takes to grill up a patty I'm always pleased with the fact they can get a double out so quickly and consistently good. The place always looks clean and orderly even when at it's busiest, and everyone from Heather at the counter to the staff in back of the kitchen I am less familiar with are always friendly and diligently at work. Quickly becoming my favorite lunch spot.

This is the perfect fast food restaurant. The menu is full of great selections and the staff is polite and seem happy. Angelica was such a uplifting person. Every business needs people like here.

The service at the drive through was quick and friendly. We ordered a Famous Star Combo and a Cali XL. Both burgers were hot fresh and tasty with fresh toppings. My fries were hot, crispy and salted just right and my drink was full to the top, with just the right amount of ice. The order was up right after I pulled up to the window and the team member even asked if I wanted to use stars or if I needed condiments 👍

Stopped here on a road trip and was severely let down. The girl at the counter totally ignored my request for onion rings rather than fries, and when the food arrived I was greeted with a stale bun and burned, tasteless hockey puck meat. It actually tasted like a reheated meal, honestly. I felt queasy after eating this “meal”. Carl’s Jr used to be a good place you could rely on for juicy and delicious burgers, but I guess that ain’t the case these days. Customer service has lapsed as well. Safe to say the next time we’re on the road we’ll just go a few miles extra and find another burger place.
Update: I did get response, typical corporate non answer (what did you expect?)…now I have the firm belief that this store should be shut down and razed. Shame it n me for trying to voice my opinion and my illness from their food. STAY AWAY FROM HERE! Bad food (it will make you sick), bad service, and horrendous management/ownership!!! Above all that I am now being harassed by Corporate about this review., now I can confirm they’re dying

I got Famous Star with Cheese combo. The food was pretty mediocre the fries were good. My server Angelica, however, was excellent very polite, professional, and made sure everything was right. Her service really stood out. The atmosphere could use some improvement, as the dining area didn’t feel comfortable.
