Rosa is a great server. Food was delicious we had two breakfasts. The manager Travis stopped by our table to suggest we sign up for the rewards program. Everyone from the server to the manager was so nice.

Found plastic in my grandslam sandwich the waiter was super apologetic and help out but the store manager Travis made me feel like I didn’t almost chock on it didn’t even offer to comp the meal or take it off he says “I’ll check it out” then ignores our table the rest of the time we were here even the waiter saw the plastic so being called a liar is unacceptable to me. I feel the manager just doesn’t care about his customers and needs to be reevaluated, very rude every time we come in makes us not want to come back.
First time ever in my life that I actually walk out of a Denny's without leaving a tip, all waitresses were chit-chatting in the back it took about 10 minutes for someone to come and ask me if I wanted a coffee, after that I ordered that pancake platter pancake were soggy in the middle and the hash browns were burnt on the outside and undercooking inside ( serving was for a toddler), only good thing about my breakfast was the scrambled egg and the two sausage
