I walked into pilot in eloy az to get a 6 $ deal of the day. And I had mentioned that I'm homless living in my car to a staff member named John and he paid for my sandwich. A couple of months ago I had lost my job as a truck driver so my girlfriend of 6 years asked me to leave because I could no longer help out financially. So I've been applying to jobs everyday and doordashing a little to get me by everyday . I've been living in my car . The kindness of John was amazing. There are still good people in the world.

can't believe, they never have the oven working, they never have enough bread, or they are close... ( these is between 12 & 4am).. every time, and to top it, t ether the lady the works there when we make the remarks about it, she tells me just to go someplaceelse; and when i tell the manager, they say the same thing, then very disappointing... pilot i thought you guys trained your employees better...

The worst customer service you can find is here. The man with the tattoos on his hands has an attitude, I had to cancel the order in the way he serves you. no more subway in this place.

Just left subway 2/14 about 8pm Horrible customer service. It was not busy only 2 customers in line and I waited 30 min because they could not get it together. The line was not stocked and when it was my turn the employee had attitude and made me feel uncomfortable for wanting to add ingredients (lettuce) to my sandwiches. The faces and vibes were not nice at all. I was patient and wasn’t rushing them or being rude or complicated and they just were not profressional. They had to close down just so they can restock. It being the only subway for our town and truck stop I think they would be more prepared.

Don't waste your time. Apathetic service, filthy store, never enough help and if you cant wait 15 munutes to order (come.on, its a sandwhich) you can buy 2 day old subway sandwiches in the gas stations cooler...seriously? There are much better choices a few miles away.

Stopped here on my way to tucson to feed my family not only was the Food was horrible but the customer service was jaw dropping un acceptable. I can't get a hold of a manger or corporate number I advise you to eat somewhere else along this long stretch. I would spend my last 1$ if I was starving. Where is the professionalism??? Get it together people
