4th time i have tried to get a late sandwich and your “oven is being cleaned “ if you can only serve cold sandwiches then close the business have me constantly wasting my time and on top of that there’s no number I can call to ask if the oven is clean and working doesn’t matter if it’s 12am or 1 am that oven is closed with that being said I’m done with this establishment they failed to satisfy

I was rudely talked to and yelled at by an employee named John just by being on the phone trying to ask what kind of sandwich my brother wanted. And the rest of the experience was awful because he kept complaining and saying that I need to put in a 24 hour notice just to get two foot-long’s. This is ridiculous.

Customer Service was Horrible by Employee named John!!! I Have a Family of 6 and was told by him that I needed to call a day ahead to place a order of 5 or more sandwiches and continue to be rude throughout entire visit!!!

Who ever Jazmin I feel bad for your man cause u can’t even make a sandwich and u complain about walking out to the customers every time I walk in
I walked into pilot in eloy az to get a 6 $ deal of the day. And I had mentioned that I'm homless living in my car to a staff member named John and he paid for my sandwich. A couple of months ago I had lost my job as a truck driver so my girlfriend of 6 years asked me to leave because I could no longer help out financially. So I've been applying to jobs everyday and doordashing a little to get me by everyday . I've been living in my car . The kindness of John was amazing. There are still good people in the world.

( these is between 12 & 4am).. every time, and to top it, t ether the lady the works there when we make the remarks about it, she tells me just to go someplaceelse; and when i tell the manager, they say the same thing, then very disappointing... pilot i thought you guys trained your employees better...
