My 2nd time here in florence and ordering from AandM pizza and it is delicious. They deliver also that's even better. We came from arizona city just to get their food and stay at the green tree inn. Taste like real homemade Italian food!!

Ordered the big Apple Pizza and house salad. Pizza had barely any toppings maybe one piece of meat out of three on each slice, no mushrooms, supposed to have extra mozzarella and very sparse. House salad was not as described and was iceberg lettuce with sliced green olives, some cherry tomatoes and sliced onion all over the top. Very disappointed.

I just witnessed how customers were treated. Your manager yelled at the customers and when they defended themselves he threw them out. He also used the police that were their for lunch to do his dirty work. I think your staff needs customer service training.

I usually love your pizza. We were excited to try the brisket pizza, but this has to be the worst pizza we've had from here. The pizza is very rubbery. The crust is rubbery, and the brisket is rubbery. It also looks burnt, and it's very dry.
