Probably never return. This place is not the same anymore. Place is dirty the bathrooms had no tp no soap no paper towels. They had no ice for our warm drinks. Honestly I walked in and it was just depressing no one wanted to be there, the workers seemed like whatever didn't even try to get a tip.

My mother had called to check when our order was going to be ready, we had been waiting for an hour and 10 minutes and when she called to check on it the lady had asked if she even left a tip and was being very rude to her and said “you only been waiting an hour and 10 minutes.” The lady didn’t decide to ask them to drop our order off until my mother stated that she had a cash tip. Service terrible, the person we called first was very respectful but whoever answered the second time was very disrespectful.

Fastest atmosphere for family dinner. Great food to go with it.
We have been going here after the Junior Parade Rodeo Parade with a large group for several years now. This year we were served in a buffet style and this was done superbly. All present got the pizza and subs that they wanted. The buffet was ready when we arrived. The pizzas were piping hot and delicious. The subs were fresh and equally as delicious. Even a calzone or two were served. Highly recommend this place if you are ever in Florence, AZ.

Food was good, service was excellent. They ran out of lasagna which was disappointing but I'll get it next time. It was quite and easy to carry on a conversation. Prices were reasonable. The bread is delicious.

I haven't been in Florence in a long time but used to stop by alot in my younger days lol. The Food took a little while, I call and they told me it could be up to a hour wait. When I showed up to pay I still had a bit of time and was hungry. I order a slice of pepperoni and a soda. The slice was as great as I remembered it and the new york family style was definitely worth the wait.
