I expect service with a smile, and this place falls short. I've seen reviews asking customers not to be rude because the staff is hardworking, but in my experience, they are responding to how they are treated. This is their career choice, and hard work doesn’t excuse the lack of professional rapport. When picking up carryout, I’m greeted with a curt “thirteen dollars” instead of a welcome. The food is solid—4 stars—but the unwelcoming atmosphere and service both earn 3 stars. I keep returning because options are limited in this new community, but I’d welcome competition. A professional greeting and a smile would go a long way.

We came here and it was before the rush. We got excellent service and the lady that waited on us was super friendly! Our kids loved the lunch specials that came with a cream cheese Rangoon and a side of rice with the entree and I believe a drink for such a great price! We loved the sweet and sour and the teriyaki chicken was the family favorite! Definitely get some egg drop soup too! :) Definitely gonna be a family favorite spot and we can’t wait to go back!

Never again. Each dish is drenched with this brown gravy. Not good at all. A waste of money. OVER COOKED. VERY FEW VEGETABLES. Store looks dirty. So disappointing. Save your money and go to Safeway.

Never again. Spent $60+ on 3 entrees and 2 appetizers. Food that just went to waste do to the flavoring of the food. Orange chicken was on as long as it wasn’t drenched in sauce. Mongolian Beef was bland and the lo mein was just nasty. The angel blossoms and pot stickers were actually decent and that is why I gave 2 stars I would have done just 1. Again waste of $60
