Stopped in for dinner on a whim and was impressed with the variety on the menu as well as the dinner we ate. Service was good as well as prices. I recommend Chen’s for the food as well as the larger than most variety on the menu.

Great food, even traveling 10-15 min home the food was piping hot. I like the microwavable safe containers. Easy for reheating leftovers. I will be back for sure!!

we have tried all of the Chinese places between Santan Valley, Queen Creek and Florence and this happens to be our absolute favorite. The staff is super friendly and amazing. And the food actually has flavor and turns out amazing. Would definitely recommend taking the family here if you’re looking for some good Chinese food.

I'm upset they are not paying me for this Internet since I was in kindergarten Do you think that's fair. I live in Florence Arizona. I would love too visit your restaurant.
Worst Chinese restaurant in America. I have lived in 4 cities in the last 10 yrs. And I’ve been to dozens of Chinese restaurants. The service was poor, the restaurant smells, the food taste was bad. Even the rice was bad.
Always good

I expect service with a smile, and this place falls short. I've seen reviews asking customers not to be rude because the staff is hardworking, but in my experience, they are responding to how they are treated. This is their career choice, and hard work doesn’t excuse the lack of professional rapport. When picking up carryout, I’m greeted with a curt “thirteen dollars” instead of a welcome. The food is solid—4 stars—but the unwelcoming atmosphere and service both earn 3 stars. I keep returning because options are limited in this new community, but I’d welcome competition. A professional greeting and a smile would go a long way.
