My family and I have been going to Phoenix everyweeked for the last 3 months due to my daughter being in a treatment facility. This place was a great spot for us to all enjoy a meal before our final stretch home to Tucson. Unfortunately this time will be our last time stopping off.
We had a server we seen a few times before, who seemed new at that time. Unfortunately, this time it was much worse than we expected. The server was either alone working the drive threw & taking tables, or she simply was distracted. Either way, Shame on the management team and fellow servers for not helping this poor girl. She clearly had been struggling since the last time we seen her( the weekend prior). She rang in wrong items, then it took over 20 minutes to get the correct items. During which the cooks and other server came out to try and see what was wrong, the hang up was, 2 missing tacos and a shrimp salad. We recieved shrimp soup and 1 taco. Then upon check out, every item was charged... one would think to remove the items that were incorrect, but seeing they touched the table, the were now ours... so we paid $91 for items we gave to the bum down the street, left hungry because the food we did recieve tasted like it was days old.
Such a disappointment for a fellow industry worker to see how horrible some establishments are.

Our food is always freshly made, flavorful, and comes out the way we order it! They have a similar menu style and pace of a Filibertos, but with a friendlier vibe and much better quality of food! For a quick mexican food pick me up, it's the best in Florence!

I don't usually leave food reviews but the last 4 times I've been here my order is wrong. How hard is it to make carne asada fries with meat, cheese and sour cream ONLY? Not wanting pico, not wanting beans but it always gets added.

I love Jalapeños! It's not fancy, but it's delicious. The option of going through the drive thru or dining in is great.
Food is good and the staff is amazing. I had a dead battery and I’m from out of town the lady there went above and beyond just service and helped call someone to help . I’m so appreciative of her and her service. Plus the atmosphere and food was good.

Doing a project for the City and wanted to treat the crew to lunch. Not alot of options in this small town, but if you are in the mood for Mexican food, this is the place! Their menu is huge and the food was fantastic. I got the 3 enchiladas, and the crew ordered the fajitas (after seeing their plate, made me a little jealous. The restaurant was very clean (even the bathroom - which says a lot). The kitchen area was spotless and the customer service was very welcoming and friendly. Look forward to co.ing back for those Fajitas.
