Horrible service. My food was brought to the table when I was in the restroom with my 3 year old, so I had no idea the jalapeno cream that I ordered (looked like a blob of sour cream and was served with my daughter’s food -taquitos-instead of mine) was placed on the table. When I’m charged for it, I expressed that no one told me it was brought out and while I thought it was just regular sour cream, another waitress came and pointed it out in a bowl on a dirty stack of plates...
Visiting from out of state and some friends of ours who live here took us to dinner. It was a very good experience. The food was excellent and portions were large and delicious. The special of the day was prime rib. It was very good. Tender, cooked just right and served with a bowl of au jus. A good choice. This has been my favorite place to eat when in Florence for over 25 years. I love love love the fundido!!! You can't get those anywhere else. Well, you can, but they can't compare to L&B's fundidos.
